Chris Brower

Chris is the Service Manager at Brower Automotive. He works with a team of high level automotive service technicians and communicates directly with all customers explaining vehicle repairs and preventative maintenance needs. Chris grew up in the automotive industry at the shop with his father being owner and operator of their family business. Chris is transitioning into 4^th generation shop owner. Along with his automotive experience Chris has a strong business background. His strengths include leadership, operations, management, accounting, finance, marketing, and sales. Chris has a Master in Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania.

Additionally, Chris also independently contracts with the Automotive Training Institute (ATI) as a Certified Workshop Instructor. Chris works directly with Independent Automotive Shop Owners, teaching, coaching, and enabling them to take their business to the next level. 

Joe Weber

Joe is a retired full service automotive technician with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry.  After serving in the U.S. Navy Joe entered the automotive field and received his formal training from Volkswagen of America.  Joe proceeded on as a full service automotive technician and self-employed business owner where he ran a successful operation for over 30 plus years. After a short period of retirement Joe returned to the workforce part-time joining Brower Automotive. Joe brings 30 plus years of wealth and knowledge to the team as a business owner and technician. Along with taking care of certain vehicle needs Joe also provides shuttle service for customers.
